Service → contract → price → invoice → captured delivery → simulated payment.
Monthly and per-stop service, chemicals, completed work, quotes and renovation deposits.
Both issuer paths are local simulations, not Campfire or Stripe API calls.

Working synthetic examples explain the intended behavior. Native equivalents require separate evidence.
Local behavior, native platform proof and production readiness are separate milestones.
Erik's production sidebar, read-only source capture and native bill entry point are verified. Marc is configured as responder; his answer, reopen and resolution cycle remains pending.
An actual digest from a private test copy reached Erik in Gmail, and its fresh-login link was verified. The weekday 8:00 a.m. Pacific schedule is active; the first scheduled delivery remains unobserved.
Native usage of 12 gallons, with 10 included and a $5 overage rate, produced a $10 invoice. A $4 manual payment left $6 due. Posting and internal invoice delivery to Erik were verified.
Failed: Apply Usage Tiers changed 10.5 gallons to 10 and charged $0 instead of $2.50. Fractional usage pricing needs resolution; the full billing cycle remains unproven.
A $25.66 test invoice was paid and credited/refunded. On a separate $10 invoice, $4 left $6 due, then the remaining payment closed it.
Card decline, ACH processing and payment-link creation were observed. Replaying the test journal made zero new charges. These provider tests do not establish Campfire synchronization, autopay or hosted checkout.
The matched FP&A application release is live. September certification and republication are under review following the SwimRight opening-AR classification exception. Earlier frozen figures remain preserved and do not establish current acceptance.
The Campfire launcher is included in the release and retains independent Google login. Release success does not certify the financial baseline.
Open planningThe original 35 contracts and 918 products were preserved. The new rate card was attached to an isolated test product. The earlier $150 contract invoice and accounting entry, plus a stored $140 negotiated rate, remain separate foundation evidence.
Full billing feasibility has not been established. No production cutover is included in this release.
